Please Read Before Booking a Reading
By booking a reading, you agree to the following terms, policies, and boundaries. These are in place to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a supportive working relationship for both live and written readings.
✦ 1. Reading Formats & Delivery
Readings are offered in two formats:
• Live readings conducted via Zoom
• PDF / written readings delivered digitally
The format, duration, and delivery timeframe will be clearly stated at the time of booking. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept the format and delivery method selected.
✦ 2. Live Readings via Zoom: No-Shows, Late Arrivals, and Rescheduling
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend your scheduled Zoom session without prior notice, your appointment and payment are forfeited. I reserve the right not to reschedule sessions missed without communication.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, the missed time will be deducted from your session. I operate on a strict schedule, and late arrivals may affect subsequent clients.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session will be canceled and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated and are subject to availability.
✦ 3. PDF / Written Readings: Delivery and Completion
Delivery Timeline:
Written readings are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Turnaround times vary by service and are stated clearly before booking.
No Live Interaction:
PDF / written readings do not include live sessions, follow-up calls, or clarification unless explicitly stated in the service description.
Final Delivery:
Once a written reading has been delivered, it is considered complete and final.
✦ 4. No Cancellations and Refund Policy
Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable once a reading has been booked. This applies to live readings and written readings alike, including no-shows, late arrivals, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the outcome.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. Rescheduling is permitted for live readings with proper notice, as outlined above.
✦ 5. Accuracy of Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking. I am not responsible for limitations or inaccuracies in a reading resulting from incorrect or missing details.
✦ 6. Confidentiality and Privacy
All information shared during live or written readings is kept strictly confidential. Personal details and reading content will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
You acknowledge that any decisions made based on a reading are your own responsibility. Readings are intended to offer insight and reflection, not direction or guarantees.
✦ 7. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to respect the space, process, and boundaries of the reading.
Any abusive, inappropriate, manipulative, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
I reserve the right to refuse service at any point if boundaries are violated.
✦ 8. Disclaimer
Readings are offered as spiritual guidance and personal development tools. They do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
You agree to use the information provided with discernment and personal responsibility.
✦ 9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including PDFs, written interpretations, charts, and session content, are for personal use only.
Reproduction, distribution, recording, or sharing of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
✦ 10. Technology & Technical Issues
On My End:
If technical issues occur on my side during a live session, your reading will be rescheduled or delivered in an alternate format at no additional cost.
On Your End:
If you miss a live session due to technical issues on your end, the standard no-show policy applies.
I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or failure to open delivered files for written readings.
✦ 11. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion, particularly if a request feels ethically inappropriate, outside the scope of my work, or misaligned with my practice.
