My First Impressions

This deck feels like stepping into a completely different world. It’s bold, a little unusual, and very specific in its theme.

It’s not something I would recommend as a first oracle deck, but if you’re already familiar with spiritual or cosmic concepts, it’s actually really fun to explore.

The artwork is very distinct.

Lisa Porter has a unique style that really comes through in every card. Before creating decks, she worked as a freelance caricature artist and even as a court illustrator in the 90s, and you can kind of see that expressive, character-driven style in the imagery.

Each card represents different extraterrestrial beings, archetypes, and cosmic energies, often paired with symbolic elements like sacred geometry. It’s definitely not subtle, but that’s part of the appeal.

The card stock has a paper-y matte finish, which keeps the cards easy to handle and non-reflective.

The deck also features matte green gilded edges, which adds a really nice touch and fits the overall Martian and cosmic theme.
